Deadlines are just about the most important thing in our business. It goes without saying that quality is critical too. However, the best quality in the world is no good if it’s not there when you need it!
That is why we decided to focus our guaranteed commitment on meeting your deadline and ensure that it contains a substantial penalty to us if we don’t live up to our promise.
Our Commitment 
If we agree to your deadline, we will meet it. Right from the start, we will ask you about your deadline so that we can work together to meet it.
How does it work? 
Based on the date you need to have goods in hand, we will establish a “Firm Order Deadline.” This is the date by which you will need to have all of your approvals, selections and sign-offs and deposit in our hands in order for us to meet the date.
When we receive your final approval, we will double-check with the suppliers that your garments are in stock and then reply to you with our Guaranteed Date. And then we will get busy making sure that we have no trouble meeting it!
IMPORTANT! If we do not think we can meet your deadline, we will tell you right at the start!
Sometimes, there is just not enough time to be exactly 100% certain that we can hit your target. In those cases, we will still take your order and will try our best. Many times we will come through but we are not able to give our “…Or it’s On Us” guarantee.
What Happens when we Miss the Deadline? 
- In the rare case that we miss a deadline, we almost always have some warning ahead of time that we are at risk. We will contact you ASAP so that we can make the most of the situation. Changing the garment or product, expedited shipping, making a partial order, etc. We have a lot of tricks up our sleeve and can be very creative in these situations. We will do our best to work with you and come through!
- When all options are exhausted, if we missed the deadline we will still finish your order and ship the goods to you at no charge.
- In the event that you choose to cancel your order and we still have time to send back items for credit, we will issue you a credit in the amount of [80% of your order value] for you or your organization to use at a future date.
Special Terms and Exclusions 
- 24-Hour Modification Period. After we have given the Firm Order Date, we will place firm orders with our suppliers for your blank garments and/or finished promotional items and we will double-check our production schedule. We will have 24 hours from the time we issued the Firm Order Date to contact you and modify that date if indicated.
- Partial Orders. If, with your approval, we ship a partial quantity and/or in a multi-item order we ship some items on time, the refund or credit issued will apply only to those items not shipped on time.
- Acts of God, Forces Outside of Our Control. Shut downs, shipping interruptions or other delays caused by weather, strikes, fires, wars, terrorism, criminal activity or other hazards that are outside of our conscience or control will not be the responsibility of PTM. We will work with you to recover in a satisfactory manner.
